standard abbreviations

beg - beginning

dpn - double pointed needles

dpns - double pointed needles

K - knit

K2tog - knit two together

K3tog - knit three together

kws - knitwise (as if to knit)

M1 - make one

P - purl

P2tog - purl two together

P2tog tbl - purl two together through the back loop

psso - pass slipped stitch over

pws - purlwise (as if to purl)

rep - repeat

rnd - round

sl 1 - slip one

SK2P - sl 1 kws, K2tog, psso (slip one as if to knit, knit 2 together, pass slipped stitch over)

SSK - slip, slip, knit

st - stitch

sts - stitches

tbl - through the back loop

YO - yarn over

 

These are standard abbreviations found in patterns by ninaclock designs. Any non-standard or unusual abbreviations should be found in the "Special Abbreviations" key of the actual patterns.
