"Three Hour Sweater: Not quite but almost there"

I was excited about coming home to my sweater design.  I have armpit pucker.  What is it? It is puckering at the armscye (armhole)  due to improper decreasing, in my case, at the sleeve cap.  The photo above is an perfect example of the condition.  Armpit pucker is very discouraging.  Hopefully I can recover quickly from this malady.

Even this tree sweater has a better sleeve fit than my design. [sigh]
