Welcome to ninaclock designs! My name is Nina Casey. (Nina is pronounced "nine-ah") I design original patterns for hand knitters and teach knitting classes in the Washington DC area. My self-published designs focus on creating simple and attractive garments that incorporate the ideas and techniques that fascinate me. With over ten years of knitting experience, my teaching efforts center upon intermediate skills such as knitting in the round, sock knitting, and aran knitting. I am available for private knitting lessons and classes in the Northern Virginia/ DC area. I encourage you to explore the site. Within my daily blog you will find ideas and images that I hope will pique your interest. To view my ninaclock designs visit patterns. You can learn about my upcoming teaching engagements on the events page.
